Order Processing Time:

• Because our items are made to order, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
• Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

• Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
• Please note that the tracking number will not be active until the carrier picks up the order.
